To qualify for Jump Start Club you must earn 100 points in a month. Points are earned as follows:

  • 10 points for each Dental Plus Member,
  • 10 points for each TeleHealth Plus Member,
  • 40 points for each Deluxe Plus Member
  • 10 points for each Junior JumpStart,
  • 25 points for each Special JumpStart, and
  • 50 points for each Regular JumpStart


  • Earn 100 points per month for six consecutive months you will receive a JumpStart Club bonus of $500.
  • Earn 100 points per month for six consecutive months for a 2nd time you will receive a JumpStart Club bonus of $1,000.
  • Earn 100 points per month for six consecutive months for a 3rd time you will receive a JumpStart Club bonus of $2,000.
